Pansophic Learning UK sponsors Aurora Academies Trust which runs six schools in the South East of England serving over 2,500 students. Pansophic is represented on the board of Aurora by Ron Packard, Maria Szalay and Martha Burnige. Martha also acts as company secretary, sits on the executive team and provides legal and strategic advice to Aurora on behalf of Pansophic.
In 2016, Aurora was the highest performing trust operating in the South East of England for progress of students in reading and the second highest for progress in maths in the Key stage 2 national statutory assessments. Five of the six schools are rated "Good" following rigorous inspections by the Office of Standards in Education (Ofsted). All schools follow the UK curriculum.
A particular strength of the Aurora schools is its Early Years practice with four of the six schools operating on-site nurseries. All four nurseries are rated "Good" or "Outstanding" by Ofsted.
All of the Aurora schools use the Paragon humanities curriculum supplied by Pansophic. This curriculum is used in years 1-9 (US: pre-kindergarten to grade 8) and has been adapted for use in the UK. The curriculum has been praised by Ofsted inspectors and provides a chance for pupils to learn about global cultures and civilisations through the ages.
